Are combined shipping discounts available?
Whenever possible we do combine shipping to save on shipping costs. Certain items cannot be combined with others because of size constraints. The automated checkout process will not calculate the correct shipping costs for multiple purchases. Please contact us before checking out so we can issue an invoice with the correct shipping costs.

How do I pay for my purchases?
We accept PayPal, Google Checkout, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks. Payment is due within 5 days. Money Orders and Cashiers checks should arrive in our office within 10 days.

When will I receive my order?
We process your order within 2 business days of receipt of payment, usually less. Most items are shipped USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post. Smaller items may ship First Class Mail and heavier items may be shipped UPS Ground. Postal transit times vary depending upon your location and the type of service, so you will be provided with a delivery confirmation or tracking number to track your purchase.
